Can I add a new therapy type to my account?

Yes! If you are currently enrolled in one therapy type with Marvin and would like to add another, you can do so directly from your Marvin Member Portal.


How to add a therapy type:

  1. Log in to your Marvin account at https://app.meetmarvin.com/memberportal
  2. Navigate to the My Therapist tab in the Member Portal.
  3. Select the option to Add a care type.
  4. Choose from the available therapy types based on your current enrollment and benefits.
  5. Complete the guided flow to confirm your benefits and select a therapist for your new therapy type.


Only the therapy types you have access to through your employer — and are not already enrolled in — will be shown as options.


If you don’t see the option to add a therapy type, it may be because your organization’s plan only includes your current therapy type. If you have questions, please email user-success@meetmarvin.com.
