Why is there a late cancellation / no-show fee?

We charge a late cancellation/no-show fee so that our therapists are compensated for holding time slots reserved for scheduled sessions. The fee is $75 and applies when a session is cancelled less than 24 hours before your scheduled session, or when a session is missed without notice.

Late cancellation and no-show fees are charged to the credit card you have on file, as insurance does not cover these fees.
