What happens after I sign up?

After you sign up for Marvin services, we will match you with a therapist based upon your preferences including, but not limited to:

  • Your therapist's specialization
  • Their background or demographics
  • Your availability
  • Your goals for therapy

In addition, Marvin will:

  1. Provide a benefits check on your insurance, letting you know your coverage options in advance.
  2. Schedule your intake session based upon the times listed in your registration. Marvin will send you a calendar invitation via email to mark your upcoming session time, as well as a message with your session details and your personal Marvin access link.

If you would ever like to schedule additional sessions, you can do so by connecting with your therapist, or by connecting with the Marvin team directly via user-success@meetmarvin.com.
