Can I change therapists?
Marvin is a strong believer in feedback-informed therapy. We encourage you to discuss your therapeutic relationship with your therapist regularly, including session review, skills learned and approaches used. This relationship, particularly during the initial 3-5 sessions, is often considered a leading driver of therapy success. Providing feedback to your therapist is optional, but can be very helpful towards achieving your goals for therapy and help provide you the care you're looking for.
