Can I change therapists?
Marvin is a strong believer in feedback-informed therapy. Providing feedback to your therapist is optional, but can be very helpful towards achieving your mental health and self care goals. Your relationship with your therapist — particularly during the first 3 to 5 sessions — is often considered a leading driver of therapy success.
