Do I need a smartphone to access my session?

No, you do not need a smartphone to access your sessions. Marvin utilizes Zoom which is available online through either a desktop or mobile device. While most Marvin sessions are held over video chat, you can always request to have your sessions conducted by phone instead, upon client insurance approval.
