We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. Your Marvin Member Portal makes it easy to manage your appointments, allowing you to effortlessly cancel or reschedule as needed.

You are welcome to cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled time, for any reason. However, if you need to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, a nominal fee will be charged to your method of payment on file to support your therapist for their time.

Marvin Cancellation Policy:

It's free to cancel or reschedule your virtual appointment up to 24 hours for any reason. After that, you'll be charged a $30 fee.
