My audio isn’t working

  1. If you are experiencing audio problems before or after joining a meeting while using the client or mobile app, follow the steps provided here.
  2. If you've followed all the steps listed here and your audio still doesn't work, please reach out to user-success@meetmarvin.com and itsupport@meetmarvin.com for immediate assistance and members of those teams will be happy to assist you in troubleshooting further.
